Buick Enclave, the modern family vehicle

January 12th, 2016 by

logoImagine, seeing your friends and their family of five walking to their vehicle after leaving the restaurant you just finished eating at, what is your first thought? “There they go, heading towards their mini-van.” But you see them getting into a vehicle next to a mini-van, and you are shocked. That’s not a mini-van…that’s a Buick Enclave.

The days of saying “all families need a mini-van when the kids arrive,” are over. As we enter 2016, the Buick Enclave is the perfect option SUV to fit your family of five, six or seven! The Enclave is the perfect combo of a midsize SUV and full-size SUV. Whether you are taking it across town to the grocery store or heading on a long trip with the family, the Enclave is very roomy and has a quiet cab. Today I’ll tell you all about the Buick Enclave, and remember to find your next Buick Enclave at one of our four Sid Dillon Buick dealerships in Fremont, Wahoo, Lincoln and Crete.

There are three available trim packages for the Buick Enclave, Convenience, Leather, and Premium. All Enclaves come standard with a rear-view camera, front-wheel drive, power rear lift gate, power front seats, built-in 4G LTE Wi-Fi, remote vehicle start and see your Sid Dillon Buick sales representative for more awesome options. Also from a safety standpoint the Enclave has multiple kinds of airbags such as:

-Front driver and passenger airbags

-Side airbags in the front

-Side curtain airbags in the front, rear and third row

-Side impact airbags

All Enclaves are powered by a 3.6 liter V-6 engine that has a six-speed automatic transmission. With the Enclave being a larger SUV, it gets on average 18 miles per gallon, on a 22-gallon tank. Not bad for a vehicle with so much room to fit the whole family. Thinking about going out with friends for a night on the town? The Enclave second row seats are on a track, so moving them forward is easy for your third row passengers to have some extended legroom. Also getting out of a back seat in a mini-van can be a struggle. The Enclave has a one-touch lever that moves the second row seats forward to get out of the SUV easier.

With technology being such a large part of our daily lives, Buick has made using the infotainment system easy to use in the Enclave. The system has a large screen in the middle of the dashboard and buttons all around it make it very simple for everyone. It has FM, AM, and XM radio apps, Pandora, Bluetooth Audio, weather, nearest gas station app, and more. See a Sid Dillon Buick sales representative to go over all the applications and options for you at a Sid Dillon Buick dealership as well.

So as you leave the restaurant in your sports car made for two and you are thinking about starting your family. Think about your friends who left the restaurant in their Enclave. Doesn’t sound so bad, does it? The days of the mini-van are over, and 2016 is the year to shop for your next Buick Enclave at Sid Dillon.

As always, thank you for reading. Thank you for choosing Sid Dillon.
