2017 RAM 1500 Performance Overview
No matter the job, the 2017 Ram 1500 has a truck for it. That’s why it offers three engine configurations for you to choose from.
Each 2017 Ram 1500 comes standard with the 3.6-Liter V6 Engine which dishes out 305 horsepower and 269 lb-ft of torque. A 3.0L EcoDiesel V6 Engine that produces 240 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque, and the powerful 5.7 Hemi® V8 Engine which delivers 395 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque are also available. All 2017 Ram 1500 engines are paired with an Eight-Speed Automatic Transmission.
