The new mobile service was awesome. I think it is something I can utilize with Sid Dillon Blair. Their service is busy and being from Omaha it is hard to get an appointment with them at Blair. They are usually booked up 3-4 days out. The Trail Boss 2500 has been a great truck.

Contacting the dealership through the central operator was painful and inefficient. The only benefit that evolved from that conversation was being put in touch with Brandy. She had to correct the mistakes made by my first contact, which included scheduling the incorrect vehicle. Brandy provided me her direct extension and from there things went very well.

My DirtyMax got a check engine light on a trip to our camper. I used the key drop on a Sunday afternoon & it was ready mid-afternoon on Monday. Not only was it ready but it was washed and vacuumed.
Being disabled that last part means a lot to me. It takes me 2-3 days to properly clean my truck.

They seemed to value my time and were deliberate not to waste it. Fast forward six months and the truck needs a significant repair. It would turn out that I brought it in just a handful of miles past my CPO warranty expiration. Mark Harms in August during a service noted that I should plan on NEW TIRES before winter, He noted that October was usually tire sales month. It was, Mark gave me an estimate and new tires on my Chevy pickup were installed. We recently had the oil changed on our Blazer that we purchased from Sid Dillon and asked about messages we were getting regarding low tire pressure. Turns out we were told we need new tires on a vehicle that only has 20000 miles on it. Very disappointing to say the least.
