Service was excellent. Came to have the cabin air filter changes. Alex Espinoza checked me in and he actually replaced it himself for me and did not charge me any labor, only the filter and shop supplies. I was back on the road again in no time at all.

Your young service member needs to stop being so pushy on changing the cabin filter when it was just complete at the last oil change at your establishment. Same thing on the front brake pads, check elsewhere and we have time before those really need to be done according to your measurements.

When I get my oil changed at your dealership after it's all done they leave fingerprints, oily, fingerprints all over the hood, the door handle and the inside door panel. It does never get wiped off. Otherwise everything else is good

This is a tough one to respond to. My truck was in the shop for too long because of parts availability. Also needing that much work on a truck with just 45k miles is disappointing. $5k for emission system repair was hard to accept. This is a GM issue not a Dillon issue. That being said, Doug did a good job keeping me informed of progress and I appreciated the use of the loaner car while my truck was in the shop.
