Quick and affordable, transparent but not pushy - only gripe was that my front license plate was seemingly bent to a 90 degree angle from the time I brought it in until I got it back an hour later (and from what the video inspection showed), but I was able to bend it back into shape.
Put part on Avalanche which did not fix the problem. Took it back and problem could not be fixed by dealership but I was stuck with 500 part that didn’t fix problem. Technician did not know how to diagnose problem. Not happy about it

I took my 2022 Tahoe in for an oil change and tire rotation. The technician checked my tire alignment and said I had a tire out of alignment. Great customer service and vehicle was returned better than when it went in for service.
I found leaking pinion seal. Took back to for the seal and vibrations the truck was in for a month prior they said needed to be more definitive. Then they said they couldn't hear the noise this time. Gave me a print out that said they checked rotational torque (30 in lbs) and the back lash (5 thousands) but never took the cover off. How did the check any of that without taking driveshaft out or rear cover off or removing breaks. Granted its warranty work but it shouldn't matter.

Bought a used Dodge Journey from this dealership a few years ago with a service contract and they have done a great job doing necessary repairs when needed. I also have them do regular oil changes. Very honest and they keep me updated when the car is in for service.
I'm so happy with the customer service I receive from the Service department and the mechanics. Receiving a video of the mechanic diagnosing my pickup and showing me measurements etc is a great added touch.
