Picked up my new car yesterday. Despite me not being excited about having to get a new car the team here made it such a positive experience. Mostly Daryl. Daryl was our walk up salesman who took the initiative to approach us while walking around. He was very kind, honest, and everything felt genuine. He helped get a great deal lined up for the vehicle he strongly felt was everything i was looking for and spent hours with me the first day and never made me feel rushed. Sid Dillon is lucky to have such a great employee like Daryl. Duane was also wonderful to work with. And the guys in finance (can't remember all of their names) were great to deal with as well. I look forward to bringing my new Nissan Rogue in for her services so I can hangout in the comfy chairs eating donuts :DThank you Sid Dillon. Be sure to thank Daryl. Love love love their service department. They are so nice and friendly! The service department is a large part of why I continue to purchase my cars from them.
So I went to Sid Dillon today which is across town for me so I could get a oil change and my car washed and vacuumed out. I have been coming here for years and this has never been an issue. I was there last appointment of the day today and they didn't wash my car. So I asked them to get some of my money back since I pay the premium price just so I can do this. I work 55 hours a weak and I can't afford to just come across town all the time especially just to get my car washed ...another day. The manager was super rude to me and told me it didn't make business sense to refund me any money for my inconvenience. Well it makes good business sense to keep your loyal customers happy so they return and continue giving business. I definitely will not be returning anytime soon. What a poor customer service attitude your employees have. Update Called me and fixed the issue and said the next oil change was on them. I talked to Dave and he went above and beyond to fix my issue. Thank you Dave for restoring my faith in Sid Dillon.
