I get regular oil changes here. Always friendly and helpful. Service men always answer my questions. They will always loan me a vehicle if I need while they do maintence on my vehicle. If I wait while they do my service call, there is a comfy area with TV, coffee, and clean rest room.

I worked with Doug in the service department with my son's 2013 Jeep and it's failure to start when the temp got below 32. They thought they had the problem figured out and my son took the car back to Gretna. A few days later the temp got below 32 and the car would not start. After the temp warmed up the car started and Doug told me to bring the car back so they could look at it again. I told them they could keep the car as long as needed to figure out the problem. After about a week of off and on work on the car Doug called and said he thought they had the problem fixed. I went out to pick the car up and asked Doug what the charge was and to my surprise he said I owed nothing beyond what I had already paid for the first time I brought the car in. This is why I have bought cars from Dillons for years and had them serviced there. I definitely recommend Dillons autos and service. I should mention this was a vehicle that my son bought from another dealership in Lincoln other than Dillons and they still treated me and my son like we had purchased one of their vehicles.

I have become a very loyal customer of Sid Dillon in Fremont for many reasons. The entire staff from sales to service (and in-between) are top notch. Chris Leick is knowledgeable and goes out of his way for customer satisfaction. I am willing to drive three hours one way to patronize this dealership. The selection of vehicles is unmatched from what I have experienced. Kudos to all of them!!
Mark Harms was excellent on getting our families Tahoe in and all problems repaired and vehicle serviced in a short amount of time on very short notice before we left for our family vacation. Mark and his staff we very professional and we wont go anywhere else every again.
