I recently bought a truck from the fremont store. I worked with Jose. He was great. They gave me a fair number for my trade and didnt play any games. They seemed to value my time and were deliberate not to waste it. Fast forward six months and the truck needs a significant repair. Mark Harms in August during a service noted that I should plan on NEW TIRES before winter, He noted that October was usually tire sales month. It was, Mark gave me an estimate and new tires on my Chevy pickup were installed. This is my go to place for 20 years for vehicles and for service due to Carl Falk in sales and service tech Jeff Allwine and Mark Neiburg. Also the mister funny Jason. I would like to give a ++ to Gage Allwine in parts he was very knowledgeable on getting us the correct bug shield for our new purchased truck.
Martin Dake just makes buying vehicles the easy button. I don't know why I even try to deal anywhere else. He's got our family's business for sure. Ryan made the financing easy and painless. Everything was ready and I was in and out in under 15 mintues. Other dealerships should take note!

We recently had the oil changed on our Blazer that we purchased from Sid Dillon and asked about messages we were getting regarding low tire pressure. Turns out we were told we need new tires on a vehicle that only has 20000 miles on it. Very disappointing to say the least.

He pays attention to what we are asking for and what our needs are in the vehicle and makes sure they are in the vehicle we are looking at! Service department is always great. They listen to your concerns and notify you when they find something that needs repaired or replaced. Cost to have work completed at an outstanding dealership is not as expensive as you might think.

Disgusting. Made appt Tues, for thurs, arrived before 8 am advised no mechanic available, we'll find some one. Some wash rack guy worked on it. Nothing was repaired or replaced except crank sensor at my request. No diagnosis as to what caused it to die then restart, drove in on its own power. Very poor job....

Since I drive up from Murdock to get my truck serviced it's important to get the work done quickly. The service department put a tech on it right away and I was back on the road in less than an hour. That is very much appreciated. I am always impressed with the cleanliness of the entire dealership especially the restroom. It may be a small thing but attention to detail at that level speaks to the attention to detail at every level. Please let the cleaning staff know they're doing a great job!

We recently took our GMC to Sid Dillon in Fremont for some transmission work done. We took our pick up in on 8/24/2026. We were told later that day what all needed to be done to fix the transmission. We were told that GM would cover 30% of the bill because the pickup had only 56,000 miles on it. It was 6 years old so was not under warranty but very low miles so they would help out some.
