The process was so easy. I traded my truck for a 2024 Colorado. Not only did the transaction go smoothly, but Spencer spent a lot of time with me in the truck to make sure I understood all the features. With all the bells and whistles on my new ride, it was greatly appreciated. The one thing I wish the finance guy would understand is that when I say 'no thank you' to add ons, that would be enough. I had to repeat myself multiple times and eventually say, "Let's move on, I'm not interested."

I have been going to this dealership for years. After having maintenance done to my SUV. The tech washed my car and vacuumed the inside for me. He also provided the best inspection video I have ever received. He was very detailed about every aspect of my vehicle under the hood, exterior of the car, and showing me the undercarriage. He went from engine, gas lines / tank, breaks, exhaust system, axel, suspension, steering, etc. Dylan Lurks was the best tech I have had yet!! Kuddos to him all around. Keep up the great job sir!!

My turbocharger needed replacement, and during the repair work they found a few oil leaks within the car. The dealership reached out to GM to make sure all my repairs were covered by my extended warranty, and all but one item were (one part, roughly $200). Before they did any repair work, they told me upfront what the cost would be out of pocket and asked me if they have permission to do the repairs.
