I had an appointment at 4:00 pm and the Technician checked us in right away, and said that they would start on my car shortly and had us go to the waiting room. The service was completed in about an hour and 20 minutes and we were on our way.
Always pleasant to work with and always gets me in for service when I need it.
Friendly service, took their time, really did 'sell me' as I didn't plan to buy a new car.

The service department was thorough in finding why the check engine light was on, which happened to be a defective turbo. They also found an A/C line that was leaking and offered to fix it as well.

Sid Dillons is great. Service department if friendl and helpful. They send a video of inspection with every oil change. They make suggestions if they find things that might need done but never pressure you. They let you know if it a good maintnenance practice or a serious safety issue. I highly recommend their service and will continue to go there.

Great communication, ease of business. Suggesting some sort of message when calling. I called and just heard music. Did I call Sud Dillon? Was someone there & just on another call? I thought it was odd. Each of my calls went straight to music rather than “Thank you for calling Sid Dillon. We’ll be with you shortly.” Someone from the office would answer and then transfer me. However, I hung up once unsure I was calling correct place.
My appointment was for a Tuesday, it was said done by the end of the week. I called Friday to check on it, and they had just got it in the shop. The next week they called me and said there was more damage. Josue was extremely rude. My original estimate was around $900. When I went to go pick up my car 2 weeks later (very excessive) my total bill was around $5,400. I know there was not that much damage. My headlight was fine but yet it needed replaced. Very friendly staff. They greet you like family and provide quality service when needed. The service department acknowledged my concern and promptly dealt with the issue. Currently I am waiting for parts to arrive so the matter can be addressed and remedied.
I drive over an hour to work with Sid Dillon Chevrolet in Blair and to work with Lance. It is unique to work with people who are more concerned with getting you into the right vehicle instead of just trying to sell you something. The service there has always been extraordinary and they go above and beyond to make everything right.

Went in for an oil change that took over an hour and a half. Absolutely ridiculous. I called beforehand because previously, an oil change had taken 2+ hours. They assured me it would done with an hour -/+ 15 minutes. It was not.
They always do a great job and don't attempt to upsell. Just present the issues in a fair and honest way.

Great customer service in the service department always a pleasure. they go beyond just changing your oil. They do a lot of other checks.
The service at the dealership has gone down hill. Some of the more experienced service managers are no longer there and the younger manager seem not to understand service. Or this maybe the service the dealership wants to provide. Either way it is disappointing.

My vehicle had to be towed so requested AAA to take to Dillons in Fremont. It was on a Friday so I knew there was a possibility it would not get worked on till the following week. I was treated with courtesy when work was completed and the total I was told did not exceed the estimate I was given. I am also pleased that Dillons still have kept the same employees over the years.
