JIM, THE SALESPERSON, WAS GREAT. THE 5 STARS ARE FOR HIM. NOT TOO HAPPY ABOUT FINANCE DEPARTMENT. I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE FULL INCENTIVE PROGRAM THAT WAS BEING OFFERED. PAYMENTS WERE SUPPOSED TO START AFTER LABOR DAY. THEY DIDN'T KNOW THAT WAS PART OF THE INCENTIVE, WHICH THAT'S THEIR JOB TO KNOW. NOT MINE! SO, IT COST ME AN EXTRA MONTH PAYMENT THAT COULDLVE GONE TO PAY FOR THE TAXES AND REGISTRATION.
We have always been treated with respect and explained all concerns clearly. We are given options, as well as recommendations.
everything went fine and I was pleased with the amount of time it took, I don't like being told how many words I have to use to describe my service.

I took my car in to get it looked at because the airbag light “off “ light was on all the time. I also had a low tire sensor showing and my tires were fine. They reset the computer .. didn’t try to sell me anything else !! Just fixed the problem ! I waited for it . It was done in a timely matter ! The drive is worth this kind of service !!

You would get a five star rating from me if those black chairs were more comfortable in the waiting area. You need chairs with backs that aren’t so far back otherwise I absolutely love this dealership. Everybody is so friendly and so willing to help.
When I get my oil changed at your dealership after it's all done they leave fingerprints, oily, fingerprints all over the hood, the door handle and the inside door panel. It does never get wiped off. Otherwise everything else is good

We were very pleased with the service we got except for fact that the oil percentage had not been set back on menu. WE liked the fact that we were kept informed of everything they checked. We did not have to wait long at all. Especially enjoyed the cookies.

This is a tough one to respond to. My truck was in the shop for too long because of parts availability. Also needing that much work on a truck with just 45k miles is disappointing. $5k for emission system repair was hard to accept. This is a GM issue not a Dillon issue. That being said, Doug did a good job keeping me informed of progress and I appreciated the use of the loaner car while my truck was in the shop.
