Steve Fastenau was my salesperson/guide. So very helpful and friendly, as were the others who he introduced me to. We have bought 2 very nice used vehicles from them. A 2019 GMC Sierra in March of 2022, and most recently a 2023 Buick Enclave. Drove 4 hours one way each time. Spoke to them on the phone about the vehicles and they were exactly as they described. All of the staff from the salesman to the guy that wraps up the paperwork were very friendly, not pushy. All were professional!! Would highly recommend them. Will always look there first when it's time to purchase again!!!

**UPDATE, they have found a solution and were understanding. I’m still hesitant to use their services but I appreciate what they did to correct this issue. I’ll take it up to 3 stars but can’t say I recommend.
ISSUE, Coolant cap was not replaced on my car. I was left sitting on the side of the road after a simple oil change, air filter and wiper blades. Not to mention after a $300 service with wiper blades they couldn’t even fill the wiper fluid.

Afterwards, my car had a new grinding and noise at the differential that S.D. serviced. I appreciate S.D. honoring the "bulletin" out on my vehicle and taking it back in to fix it.
