I was on a time crunch and Brook with the titling team did a great job expediting the process. Quick and affordable, transparent but not pushy - only gripe was that my front license plate was seemingly bent to a 90 degree angle from the time I brought it in until I got it back an hour later (and from what the video inspection showed), but I was able to bend it back into shape.
Put part on Avalanche which did not fix the problem. Took it back and problem could not be fixed by dealership but I was stuck with 500 part that didn’t fix problem. Technician did not know how to diagnose problem. Not happy about it
