May 29… I had been at dealership for 2 hours & lunch was approaching, I was offered a car to drive back to Lincoln. Wasn't bad but had to drive back the rental car back over because there was still someone else's stuff in the trunk. Next time be more gentle on people's license plates because ours is screwed up now
Best place to get your vehicle serviced! If you don’t want to wait, someone will take you home if you don’t want to wait and will come and pick you up when your car is ready. Great atmosphere if you decide to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. The associates are friendly and very helpful, always keeps you updated on the progress on your service.
My appointment was at 11:00 and I was finished by noon. I liked the video scan of my vehicle. Overall great job!
Arrived a little early for my 1:00p.m. appointment and my vehicle was taken in right away, thanks to Alex who greeted me upon arrival. Alex found me a little later and briefed me on the condition of my battery, which needed replacement (Mark Harms advised me on a previous visit). Battery was replaced pretty quick after that and I was on my way. This was just an addition to all the other pleasant visits I've made, which is why I've maintained my loyalty to Sid Dillon for the 30 or so years that I have.
By far, this is the best dealership I have ever been to. Friendly and professional staff. I will continue to buy from Sid Dillon GMC for as long as I can.
