For 2026, Chevrolet gave the entire Corvette lineup a thoroughly reimagined cabin, and the Z06 benefits fully from that transformation. Every element of the interior was reconsidered, from the placement of physical controls and the size of the display screens to the stitching patterns and the selection of materials. The result is a cockpit that feels as purposeful and focused as the car itself.
The Z06 interior centers around a new three-screen layout that surrounds the driver with information and control, while a redesigned center console places every critical function within easy reach. Premium materials, available carbon fiber appointments, and five new interior colorways give each Z06 a sense of craftsmanship that matches its track-ready engineering.
The 2026 Corvette Z06 is a two-passenger sports car, and every aspect of its seating is designed around that singular focus on the driver and co-driver experience. Three seat options are available: GT1 bucket seats, GT2 bucket seats, and Competition Sport bucket seats. The Competition Sport seats increase lateral support for high-performance driving and incorporate performance textiles in high-wear areas, making them the natural choice for drivers who spend time on track.
All seat options are available with heating and ventilation, allowing the cabin to stay comfortable across a wide range of conditions. For buyers who want an open-air experience, the Z06 convertible features a power-retractable hardtop that operates at speeds up to 30 mph and flows seamlessly into the body design. The coupe offers an available electrochromic targa roof panel that adjusts between full, medium, and low tint at the press of a button.
Chevrolet completely reconfigured the Z06 center console for 2026 to place all critical controls at the driver’s fingertips. The drive mode selector has been redesigned and relocated in line with the gear selector, freeing up space for a new wireless phone charging pad integrated below the infotainment system. A cover keeps the phone secured in place during spirited driving.
The volume knob has been enlarged and now features a lit base for improved visibility, and the HVAC controls have been repositioned under the center display. That repositioning creates a more open environment between driver and passenger and provides space for an integrated passenger grab handle. The passenger side also receives a new USB-C port placed below that handle. The redesigned cupholders feature hand-wrapped inserts with ambient lighting and the signature Corvette crossed flags at the base, with real aluminum highlights on 2LZ and 3LZ trims.
The 2026 Z06 debuts a new three-screen cockpit layout that gives the driver an unprecedented level of information and control. The system includes a 12.7-inch diagonal center console touchscreen, an expanded 14-inch diagonal driver information center, and an all-new 6.6-inch diagonal touchscreen auxiliary display positioned to the left of the steering wheel. The auxiliary display gives the driver dedicated, configurable space for instrumentation including Performance Traction Management controls and acceleration timing.
All three screens feature sharper color reproduction, improved responsiveness, and updated Tour, Sport, and Track display themes with modernized animations and cleaner graphics. Google Built-in is integrated throughout, with voice assistance capable of handling navigation, climate, music, messaging, and phone calls. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are also available, alongside SiriusXM satellite radio and an available Bose Performance Series 14-speaker audio system.
The 2026 Z06 brings the Performance App to the entire Corvette lineup for the first time, displaying live horsepower and torque output, G-force readings, tire pressure and temperature data, and propulsion system vitals including engine oil temperature and coolant temperature. Acceleration timers have been relocated into the app, allowing drivers to set their own speed ranges for timed runs. All data is available across the center console display, the auxiliary display, or the driver information center depending on the selected configuration.
The available Performance Data Recorder has been overhauled for 2026, offering real-time data analysis, high-definition video capture, speed trace comparisons, side-by-side lap video playback, and automated coaching tips based on driving data, all accessible directly through the vehicle screens. The Driver Mode Selector provides Tour, Sport, Track, Weather, and MyMode profiles, while a new Z Mode button on the steering wheel gives instant access to personalized performance settings. New for 2026, PTM Pro turns off traction control and electronic stability control while keeping ABS active, giving experienced drivers maximum control on track.
The 2026 Z06 debuts five new premium interior colorways that allow buyers to express their personality while maintaining the cockpit’s performance character. The options include Sky Cool and Medium Ash Gray with Habanero accents, Santorini Blue, Very Dark Atmosphere (a rich chocolate brown paired with Jet Black and Natural Tan accents), and Ultimate Suede, a Jet Black suede interior customizable with Adrenaline Red, Santorini Blue, or Competition Yellow accent stitching and matching seatbelts.
For the first time in Corvette history, an asymmetrical interior colorway is offered, pairing Jet Black and Adrenaline Red in a dramatic split that runs through the dash, center console, and seats. Buyers can even spec a mixed seating configuration in Asymmetrical Adrenaline Red, combining a racing-inspired Adrenaline Red Competition driver seat with a Jet Black GT2 passenger seat. Available materials across the cabin include leather, sueded microfiber, and carbon fiber trim, including an optional carbon fiber display hood over the driver information center.
